- Wash the french beans and chopped them.
- Heat a pan put oil, cumin, green chilli and grated ginger - garlic saute for few seconds then add chopped onion and french beans and saute them.
- Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder mix well cover it and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
- After 10 min add garam masala and coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
- Serve hot with dal- rice or roti.
