- In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds and Fenugreek seeds and onion saute for until turn brown.add green chilli, garam masala and potatoes add water.Close the pan with lid and cook for 10-15mins.
- After 10-15mins add Fenugreek leaves and cook (don't cover the pan) for 5-6mins until water dry.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and coconut. Serve with chapatis or rice.

For preparing fenugreek chappathi with potato bajji, in a bowl mix in wheat powder, salt, ghee, chaat masala, coriander leaves, fenugreek leaves and warm water.
