- Keep stir up until boil, and add chilli paper before end cooking process.
Heat the oil in a large stock pot and sauté the finely ground paste until fragrant. Add the coconut milk and bay leaves and bring to simmer. Add in french beans, cabbage, carrots and tofu. Cover and simmer until vegetables are soft. Add in salt & sugar to taste.
