  1. Beat cream with icing sugar. Add freshly grated paneer mix well. Put the lemon in a freezer for 5-6 hrs. So you can grate easily.
  2. Now grate lemon. Grate ginger and add in a cream mixture add lemon juice and grated ginger mix well and put in a freezer for 1 hour.
  3. Now take both biscuits in a mixie jar and make a fine powder. Melt butter in micro then add in a biscuit powder. Mix properly. Now take 2 chalni and arrange plastic. Spread biscuit mixture and give shape with fingers. Then put in a freezer for 1/2 hour.
  4. Now take out all things from the freezer and fill the cavity with cream lemon-ginger mixture. Garnish with lemon zest and ginger chips. Again put in a freezer for 2-3 hours.
  5. Now remove the plastic and serve on a plate. Garnish with sugar powder and mint leaves. It's ready to serve.
