  12. Prepare Ing for Garlic butter oil
  13. Make ready 1/2 cup=100 Butter
  14. Make ready 1/3 cup = 80 ml Cooking oil : 1/3 cup = 80 ml
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp Garlic full grated or minced
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp Oregano full
  17. Get 1 tsp Red Chilli flakes
  18. Take 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  19. Make ready to taste Salt

When Divya posted this Garlic bread sticks recipe, i bookmarked it and tried it. the Garlic bread. I love garlic bread and I'm annoyingly picky when it comes to good garlic bread. So I made these beautiful bread sticks which were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and garlicky, buttery and. My fascination with domino's garlic bread is since I was a kid and when I made dish for a party and served it in a box of Domino's Garlic bread sticks people couldn't recognize that it was made at.

Instructions to make Garlic bread stick:
  1. In a bowl add maida, salt & oil. Mix well. Keep aside till use.
  2. In another bowl add sugar & yeast. Pour 50 ml warm milk over it & mix lightly. Keep it aside for 5 min to activate. It will be foamy after 5 min.
  3. Take maida mix (1) add the yeast mixture (2). Mix well. Add 1 cup warm milk little by little & knead the dough.
  4. (If the dough is sticky add 1 or 2 tbsp more maida and knead again. It will not be sticky any more). Do not add excess.
  5. When the dough is needed & is little dry add 1 tbsp oil. And knead again for few mins. Dough will become soft, smooth & non sticky.
  6. Keep it in air tight bowl in the kitchen for 2 hrs. Dough will rise up.
  7. In microsafe bowl add butter, oil, garlic, oregano, red chilli flakes, black pepper and salt. Heat it till the butter is melted. Garlic butter is ready. Keep aside.
  8. Grease the oven proof pan / tray with garlic butter.
  9. After 2 hrs knead the dough again for few min. Take small ball from the dough & roll into a log. Arrange in the greased pan & keep aside for 10 min.
  10. Pre heat oven to 200*C for 10 min. Pour garlic butter oil on the logs. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25 min.
  11. Take it out of the oven and rub little garlic butter oil on top & serve warm with ketchup or dip.
  12. Tip ** add more maida 1 tbsp at a time if the dough is sticky.
