  2. Prepare 200 grams Minced Pork

  1. Finely chop the onion, carrot and Green Peppe.
  2. Combine 1 tbsp Mirin, 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce and 1 tsp Sugar in a bowl. (Ga Prao Sauce)
  3. Heat 1 tbsp Salad Oil and make 4 of sunny side eggs. Left them out and set aside.
  4. Turn up the heat and add Salad oil. (You do not need to wash the pan.) Add the Onion, minced pork, carrot and green pepper and heat them to cook through.
  5. Add the Ga Prao Sauce and simmer and stir them until the liquid is almost gone.
  6. Place the fried minced and eggs onto the cooked rice. Garnish with the small tomatoes and sliced Japanese Cucumber.
