The ingredients needed to make Spicy Flatbread:
- Take Half cup red lentils
- Prepare 1 cup rice
- Prepare 1 medium size onion
- Prepare 3 green chillies
- Take 1 cup fresh coriander

- Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

- Wash and soak rice with lentils for 1 hour or if possible whole night. Then blend them. Then mix with onion,chilli & coriander. Now add rest of the ingredients.
- Don’t use any oil. Just pour on the fry pan and flatten them with hand or spatula. It’s a very healthy recipe. It goes well with any kind of dip or by itself.
