  5. Now add tomato puree add all the spices and salt now saute it for 5-7 minute until puree releases the ghee
  6. Now take another pan add ghee 1tsp and cubes of capsicum, onion and paneer add kadhai masala 2-3 tbsp
  7. Now add these cubes of paneer and vegetables into gravy saute for 2-3 minute
  8. For punjabi kheer
  9. Take a deep pan add milk boil it for 45 min. Now add soaked rice and sago again boil it for 20 min.
  10. Check rice with finger if rice is cooked then add milk made,sugar and saffron strands boil it for 15 min
  11. Now add mixed dry fruits and cardmom powder
  12. Let it cool down and served chilled
