- Get 2 cups Maize flour (makai flour)
- Make ready 1/2 cup Rice flour

- Get 2 Green chillies finely chopped
- Get 1 tbsp Cumin (Jeera)

- Get as per taste Salt
- Prepare 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Get 2 Tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
- Take 1/2 cup water to knead the dough
Steps to make Corn Flax Mini Parathas:
- Dry Roast flax seeds on a pan..Transfer it to rolling board and crush it with rolling pin. (you may grind in grinder if u wish or u may just add it without crushing).
- In a large bowl take Maize flour, Rice Flour and Sorghum flour. Add flax seeds (crushed), sesame seeds, cumin, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chopped onion, green chillies, oil and chopped coriander leaves. Add water and knead the dough.(u may add more water if required). Allow it to rest for 5 mins.
- Now make equal size balls from the dough and roll it with help of rolling pin. OR you may apply some dry flour to ur hands and give round shape with your hands. Shallow fry these parathas with minimum use of oil/butter/ghee from both sides untill they are golden brown and crisp. (I have used olive oil).
- Serve hot with tea/coffee/curd/pickle/chutney/juices or any dip of ur choice. These parathas taste Awesome even without any accompiments. I have served with Butter milk.. Just added little black salt and roasted cumin powder to buttermilk
