  2. Prepare 1 packages lipton onion soup mix

  7. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp dried mustard
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp old bay seasoning

Thinly sliced, yet large enough to satisfy any appetite, Pork Steaks (also known as Blade Steaks) are a budget-friendly cut of pork, rich in marbling and loaded with big flavor. In a large bowl, stir together the vinegar and water, and season with seasoned salt and seasoned pepper to taste. Place pork steaks on the grill. Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium high heat.
